Description The basic of the mixed principal of public administration, which is in Czech Republic, is organizing of territorial self-government, on which an incident latitude of public administration is transferred. The public entities of self-government do administrate their matters as an own force and they do the public administration in the frame of delegated force. The contribution focuses on the border between these forces. The size of the municipality matters in cases of delegated force, where there is a categorization, and in own force the municipalities are equal.
