| Description | In presented paper authors are dealing with foreign experiences concerning financing of the natural disasters impacts with the aside budgetary funds. Main aim of above mentioned funds is to cover risks, respectively to compensate damages or forfeits caused by natural disasters. That is why the particular countrys government is a guarantee of those funds. In this paper is described the Austrian model, which represents classical version of the continental type aside budgetary fund, French paternalistic access and also an alternative version of fund from Mexico that represents more sophisticated model. |
