| Description | The article deals with the interpretation of the provision of Sc. 574 subsection 2 of the Civil Code that forbids waivers of any future rights. The article arrives at the conclusion that this provision is an expression of the original concept of the Civil Code dating back to 1964 and that it is no more applicable at present. |
