| Description | This book is divided in seven chapters. The first one describes enact of Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia and its basic characteristics. This chapter is supplemented with attachments of authentic texts which prove legal historical facts. The second chapter deals with authorities in Protectorate and the following chapter focuses on organization of local administration. Following three chapters of this book illustrate organization of juridical power in Protectorate and organization of police force and legal regulation of population. The last part describes law of Protectorate. Conclusion of this book presents chosen titles of Czech as well as German bibliography. |
