| Description | Hypertension occurs contemporary with diabetes mellitus in about 70%. It presents an important risk factor not only for cardiovacular mortality, but alsofor the develpoment of late diabetic complications. Author summarizes in this article the main principles of antihypertensional therapy in diabetic patients. |
