| Description | The article is aimed to the changes connected with the new criminal code in the case of alternative sanctions. The author means as the alternatives all punishments to the unconditional imprisonment. The article point out the positives and negatives of the new regulative and outlines thoughts about practise use of the new alternative sanctions (the home arrest, the restriction of going to the sport, cultural and other social actions) as well as the current punishments (conditional imprisonment, community service, financial punishment) with regard to changes in the criminal law regulation. |
