Description In 80-90% of asthmatics are related to the difficulty of subjective feelings of breathlessness. Objective investigative methods utilize stress bronchospasm in about 15-20%. The typical patient with a professional diagnosis of asthma should have breathing difficulties in the work environment - working in contact with an allergen (immediately or in the next 24 hours and - in the late response). After the load should not occur, breathing problems associated with brochocspasm. In 2003, KPL-test examination performed with a loading spirometry in 90 patients. We watched ventilatory parameters (FEV1) before and at the top of a continuous gradient burden without interruption when reaching 75% submaximal heart rate. If FEV1 was to 20% baseline values examinations assessed as negative - we have not shown stress bronchoconstriction. In our group we are in 2003 not shown stress bronchospasm in any patient.
