| Description | In memoriam Professor Ota Weinberger. The article provide an explanation of the life and work of the Czech legal theorist Ota Weinberger. He studied the Faculty of Law in Brno and ranks among the youngest scholars of the well-known Czech legal theorist František Weyr. Weinberger criticized the Pure Theory of Law and Normative Theory. He develops in his work a new form of neoinstitutionalism. |
