Description This research work focus on study of fluid inclusions in gypsum of Miocene age which formed in continental lacustrine environment of Miocene sea on a place of locality Kobeřice in opava basin. This work also studied gypsum of early Tertiary age from šitbořice layers, which was formed during massive weathering of pyrite. This bachelor work studies basic petrographical characteristics of inclusions such as shape, size, distribution and number of phases. There ware also made microthermometric measurements on inclusions which ware formed during crystallization and it was homogenization and freezing. By virtue of this the chemistry and salinity of inclusions ware discovered. All data ware fetched in to graphs and summary was made.
