| Description | The paper introduces the post-conflict transformation of electoral system in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The main goal is to present the process of creating new constitutional regime through the principles of free elections and to evaluate the impacts of legislative out-puts which were generated. The security dimension is identified as well. |
