| Description | This article focuses on possibilities of individual protection in criminal proceedings, it brings into question wheather these possibilities are sufficient and effectice enough to fulfill the purpose, namely to provide adequate protection to individuals. The possibilities of protection regulated in § 55 par. 2 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure (anonymity of witness), the Law on Special Witness Protection and § 50 of the Police Act (shortterm protection) has been closely analyzed. |
