| Description | We offer the explanation of the concept of mentoring and selected related concepts, we present aims and sens of the mentioned process and we offer some of the forms of mentor support. We pay attention on the requirements related with the mentor work and personnality, his main activities and education. We discuss the conditions and possibilities of the development of mentoring in Czech schools. |
