| Description | The goal of this case study is to analyze relationship between the related company Starobrno a.s. and the controlling company Heineken N.V. The first two sections present the history and actual financial situation of these companies. The third section analyses the evolution of Heineken ownership structure in Czech republic and its impact on related companies (especially Starobrno a.s.). The final section reviews these results to draw conclusions about the relevance of the relationship Heineken N.V. and Starobrno a.s. |
