Description At the seminary were presented the problems of development of self-assessment and self-reflection skills of intending teachers by means of work of portfolio that they establish during acquiring teaching skills. We describe the proces of validation of chosen Q-methodology, which will ve used in the planed research mapping the student`s thinking over the process of self-assessment and self-reflection in connection with the use of their own portfolio.
