| Description | This paper discusses the conditions for operating personal water crafts in the Czech Republic. These conditions are currently very strict. The reasons for this situation are explained based on the description of the developments in the relevant legislation. Special attention is then given to the analysis of the current relevant legislation and the existing ideas for change, while considering the public interest both on nature (environment) protection and on the existence of various types of recreation. |
