| Description | The paper introduces partial results of the research project. This research project was focused on assessment of graduates of Institute of lifelong learning of Mendel University in Brno asserting on employment market. There are especially assessed knowledge, skills and abilities that employers of graduates consider as most important. Furthermore, competencies that will become more important in the near future are also discussed. Shown data are interpreted and discussed in the context of analogous researches, realized in the Czech environment. |
