Description The aim of this work was to find a new manufacturing process of oxidation cellulose without the using of nitrogen oxides. Plasma-chemical treatment was realized in the ambience of distiled water and water solutions of hydrogen peroxide. Plasma enhanced wet chemical reactions using a plasma torch devices. Chemical composition was evaluated with different physico-chemical and biological methods like ATR-FTIR, Luminescence determination of bactericidal effect E.coli, Induced chemiluminiscent determination of phagocytes.
