| Description | The article deals with the question whether it is possible in the Czech law to contractually specify (with binding effect) the persons authorized to change the contract and execute certain legal acts concerning particular contractual relationship. The author criticises the judicial approach of restrictive interpretation of the applicable norm and proposes different comprehension of the issue. |
