Description In the period of 1964-1991, an area of obligations among so-called socialistic organisations in their economic activity and among the socialistic organisations and their bodies of economic management was modified by regulations of economic law. The most significant among these regulations was the so-called Economic Code. The following text deals with their economic-legal adjustment. It goes in for the types of subjects of the economic legislation, for the economic obligations generally and for the specific economic legislation. Moreover, it deals with the supplies of products, the capital construction, the transportation, other kinds of cooperation among the socialistic organisations, the billing, the payment and the crediting. The article also goes into a decision making of economic disputes by bodies of economic arbitrage.
