| Description | This contribution deals with issues related to the legal regulation of financial support of national minorities from the European Union. The author defines the term „national minority“ in the Czech and international context and others terms related to the researched topic. Next attends to each ways of promoting minorities at national and at European level. The main part of the paper is focused of a treatise on the various sources of disbursement of funds belonging to national minorities from European Union and its legal basis. |
