Description The paper includes information related to supportive measures and advisory services focused on development of communication competences of pupils with impaired communication ability. These students belong among pupils with health disabilities, therefore it is necessary to fulfill and respect their special educational needs. The survey analyses the ways of support and specificity of education of pupils with impaired communication ability in mainstream schools.
