Citation
Description The chapter introduces a case study of a teacher participating in the development of school curriculum and who implemented it in social science disciplines at the upper-secondary school. Analyses carried out in the case study were aimed at goal and content dimension of the curriculum. In the analysis of the goal dimension of the curriculum we aimed at the teacher’s conception of the key competencies, and intrapersonal, interpersonal and metasocial relationship as expected outcomes of ethics education. In analysing content dimension of the curriculum we were investigating what is the teacher’s view of the process of transformation and content structure. Towards the end of the chapter some problems of the subject curriculum development and realization in the context of the upper-secondary level are discussed.
