| Description | This paper explores a trainee’s decision-making process when entering the Training in Psychotherapy Integration (Brno, Czech Republic). It is based on qualitative data from 26 participants. Grounded theory analysis was used to identify the central category of gaining certainty. This category is elaborated into a four-stage process model which consists of (1) critical comparison, (2) identification, (3) self-confirmation, and (4) waiting phases. |
