| Description | The article examines the various ways of determining compensation for easements established under the expropriation procedure. Following a short description of the expropriation procedure, the article submits arguments to back it conclusion that the compensation should be determined based on the prevailing price unless the price of the identified right corresponding to the easement is higher. The second part of the article describes the ways of calculating the price of an easement and demonstrates the difference between them on model example. |
