| Description | The innovative PIL mapping procedure is based on an application of wider selection of datasets available in Czechia. Using a multi-step approach, 128 cases of PIL were identified and classified. Geographically, the territorial concentrations of PILs under research are located in the North-Bohemian Industrial Crescent (from the town of Cheb in the West to town Náchod in the East), in the Central Bohemian Industrial Belt (from Pilsen region to Prague capital region), in Ostrava region (North-east of Czechia), and in the Southern Moravia. Advantages and weaknesses of the applied procedure and reliability of results were also discussed. |
