TEDx is an independent conference organized under the auspices of the American-Canadian non-profit organization TED Conferences LLC. TEDxMasarykUniversity is then the only one of the four TEDx conferences held in the Czech Republic that takes place outside of Prague. TEDx primarily engages attendees with the experience of live performances, complemented by projections of the most interesting speakers from around the world.
The event is co-organized by MUNIE – Masarykova studentská unie.
