C4Sys – systems biology
A platform for integrating diverse systems biology research conducted in the Czech Republic in the European ISBE research infrastructure. It provides a wide range of approaches essential for developing and utilising predictive maps and models of complex biological systems.

The CIISB provides expertise and access to technologies essential in the field of integrative methods for the structural analysis of biologically significant cell components and macromolecules. It consists of ten shared laboratories of national and international importance.

CZECRIN – national clinical research hub
Research, knowledge, methodology and service support for academic clinical trials. CZECRIN is a collaborative network of academic clinical research centres in the Czech Republic and part of the ECRIN-ERIC European research infrastructure consortium.

The most advanced research infrastructure in the area of chemical biology and genetics. The project is dedicated to the identification of new molecular probes and research tools while also focusing on the validation of compounds suitable for drug development.

EATRIS-CZ – drug development
The Czech node of EATRIS – an international research infrastructure which includes over 80 organizations from across Europe – focuses on achieving the clinical validation stage in the development of drugs and diagnostics.
