Visiting position for a foreign professor focused on the innovation of the Course in Phonetics and Phonology

The main object of this project is to invite prof. Dr. Ursula Hirschfeld from the University of Martin Luther Halle-Wittenberg (Germany) for a tutorial stay at the Department of German Language and Literature at PeDF MU Brno.
Professor Ursula Hirschfeld certainly is nowadays a recognized expert in the field of German phonetics and phonology not only in German speaking countries but worldwide. During the tutorial stay at the Pedagogical Faculty MU in Brno she will present new methods of teaching standard German pronunciation in a lecture course held for students of all types of study. Also she will present the new German pronunciation vocabulary 'Deutsches Aussprachewörterbuch', which she is a coauthor of. She will be able to inform student about changes and trends in the development of standard German pronunciation.
