The Laboratory Technique - the Creating of Multimedial Study Material

Laboratory training in the subject Bases of Chemical Laboratory Technique is intended for the 1st year students of chemistry teaching. For these students it is the first and the most important laboratory training. The aim of the project is to create a multimedial study material giving fundamental information needed for safe work at school chemical laboratory, basic description of usual laboratory equipment, explanation of the most important laboratory routines (including videorecords, photos etc.), records of chosen chemical experiments and laboratory tests (for instance the sound effect going with the hydrogen purity laboratory test). This study material is intended not only for the students of chemistry teaching, but chosen parts shall serve also to the students of the 1st degree (subjects Practicum in Physics and Chemistry, Bases of Science, Practicum in Didactics of Bases of Science). Approximately one half of these students are students of distance learning that can work in the laboratory just for a very short time.
