Experiential Pedagogy (Záped)

Experiential pedagogy is one of the modern approaches to education. Includes learning as a result of self-negotiation and finding non-traditional solutions. The priority of learning experience is to develop an active behavior, better informal relationships and, above all, intensive learning from experience instead of merely gathering information. The main aim of the project is to create a closer relationship between theoretical teaching of the subject and practical experience in cooperation with colleagues who are engaged in long-term experience in pedagogy and with nonprofit organizations within the activities of students in nursing homes
