Submitted project deals with the innovation of the study program (both in bachelor’s and master’s curricula) at the Department of Political Science to make it more reflexive towards the needs of the labor market and to prepare the students for the future employment. Project focuses on the branches of education that were assessed as most demanded from the part of the market: public relations, project management within interest groups, management skills in municipal politics. Project output consists of set of courses focusing on practical knowledge and skills, and offering work experience and internships at the prospective employers.
