InGA Postdoc - Mária Kreger Karabová - Cell Biology and Microglia Research

The work of the successful postdoc, Mária Kreger Karabová, will be focused on Cell Biology and Microglia Research: differentiating and characterizing iPSC-derived microglia to lead the microglia-focused programs in AD and other neurodegenerative/neurological models. Her role will drive studies in advanced co-cultures and organoids, deploy CRISPR perturbations and functional assays to map disease pathways, and help establish reproducible 3D testing platforms to evaluate candidate therapeutics across AD, glioblastoma, or additional indications.
