The project aims to establish an independent research group at Masaryk University focused on improving classroom discourse through the development of an internationally validated tool for its systematic coding. This tool will help overcome the current methodological fragmentation in the field and create a standardized framework for comparing and synthesizing research findings across cultural and linguistic contexts.

Thanks to its established expertise in dialogic pedagogy and classroom discourse research—particularly within the Bold Lab team—Masaryk University provides an ideal environment for bilateral Czech–Israeli cooperation and for subsequent engagement in broader European research initiatives.
