Family law in the V4 countries still struggles to ensure economic security when families change or break down. This project connects family law experts from Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, and Poland to examine shared challenges through a comparative and historical lens and to develop joint, practical policy solutions relevant for public institutions and legal practice.
