TI-EDGE is designed to build that infrastructure, and to ensure it outlasts EU funding. It proposes a fundamental reframe of how TI management capability is built in Europe. The prevailing logic is fragmented and episodic: ad-hoc training, conference-based peer exchange, individual advisory relationships, and capacity-building projects that dissolve when funding ends. What TI-EDGE builds is structurally different — a durable, interconnected management infrastructure that operates at scale and outlasts the funding period, not by creating a new institution, but by embedding its outputs into the mandates of organisations that already exist and will continue.
