The SK2UH-project aims to connect and accelerate European efforts to end homelessness by bridging the gap between European/National homelessness policies and everyday practice. By identifying, (re)developing and sharing best practice
tools for organizations, teams and service-users via a digital platform, it supports service-users’ rights and skills, empowers organizations and professionals to implement National Action Plans against homelessness effectively, and increases impact across Europe.
