The project responds to the absence of systematically designed methodologies for reflective-experiential forms of teaching in the context of curricular reforms in the Slovak Republic (2023) and the Czech Republic (2020). These reforms explicitly strengthen the personal and social dimensions of education, but do not provide sufficiently operationalized pedagogical tools for practice. The aim of the project is to establish and utilize transnational cooperation between experts in the field of reflective-experiential methodology to create and verify methodological materials that can be used in pre-graduate education of teachers and teachers in practice. Reflective-experiential practices are a systematic pedagogical tool for balancing the performance-oriented model of school, enabling safe and mediated processing of emotions, developing emotional literacy and self-regulation, strengthening an inclusive classroom culture, and reinforcing the perception of one's own competence and value. In line with WHO recommendations (2023), the project links the field of arts education with the promotion of mental health, well-being, and an inclusive school environment. At the same time, the project aims to create a sustainable model for professional development of teachers based on cooperation between participating partners with the possibility of multiplication. The project outputs—methodological materials, advocacy activities, and systematic dissemination—will be transferable to a broader European context and inspiring for the educational community.
