Normative Foundations of User-Driven Data Access: Mapping and Future-Proofing the Regulatory Framework

This project sets out how the proposer will support Working Group 1 (Law & Policy) of COST Action CA25140 – Moving Data for Europe (MoveDataMove): contributing to the mapping and taxonomy of European rules on user-driven data access, to the sectoral case study on tourism data, and to the Action's resulting publications, mapping events and policy recommendations over its four-year duration.
