| Description | The contribution is dedicated to the contemporary legislative conditions and the present amendments in the legislation of Czech Republic in a health care and social work field relating to the issues of impairment, further then the hearing impairment. Currently, there are different changes suggested and realized in within the scope of law and regulations, and yet it is not quite evident in all cases, what would be their final use in practise when using these regulations and following them not merely at persons with the impairment. There are also mentioned examples of the concrete social services, most often utilized by the persons with the hearing impairment. |
