| Description | This article comments on instructional leadership at basic schools from the viewpoint of headteachers. The opening part of the text briefly outlines pedagogical leadership and its potential connotations for school operation. In the subsequent part, more extensive, the results of a qualitative empirical research about headteachers are described. The article especially inquires into which leadership strategies are used by headteachers in the educational process and how these strategies can affect the work and the environment of the school. |
