Description Electronically supported learning focused on student (Person-centered e-learning) is an application of psychological approach originally oriented to person Person-Centered Approach, developed by C. Rogers, in the field of teaching supported by technology. Chapter focuses on the evaluation of specific features such teaching, where students enter the learning process not only as beneficiaries but also as co, including a common definition of authentic learning objectives. From the perspective of the evaluation processes of teaching, learning, or more precisely, including the growth of personality, equally valuable as its purely cognitive outcomes. To stand out methods of self-evaluation (self assessment), evaluation team members (peer evaluation) and quality teachers feedback that controls the rate. Assessment of students and teachers PCeL PCeL are thus two sides of the same coin and are used for them similar tools. Especially chapter presents experience from two workplaces - from Masaryk University in Brno and Vienna University), where a number of concepts and techniques developed, tested and the results published.
