| Description | Development of strategic management can be divided into several phases, in recent years is dominated considering that the application of strategic management should be complemented by reflections on the innovation and knowledge. This paper deals mainly with this latest development phase of strategic management, which is reflected just knowledge and knowledge management. It thinks also about what knowledge is needed before drawing up a strategy during the processing and for its implementation. |
