• Description: By the enactment of the civil law recodificational concept, the legislationof subjective legal facts is changed. The heed of the scholars is given mainly to the legal terminology modification; however, the oncoming concept involves also the essential systematical changes, except the “aesthetal” ones. The aim of this paper is to point out some of these systematical changes, and to uncover the weak points of the passed law.
