| Description | The aim of this workshop has been to deal with the legal regulation of the payment cards, with the legal responsibility connected with payment cards usage and especially with contemporary questions on their usage on the internet and other similar technologies, according to the regulation in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. Workshop been created in order to include the EU regulation along with international court cases. Workshop has been the part of the Summer School of ICT Law 2012 in Austria, Reichenau an der Rax. Participants from 10 european and non-european states visited the workshop. It has been organized as a part of the European Union Regulation of Financial Services online project (175798-LLP-1-2010-1-CZ-AJM-MO). |
