| Description | An absolute prerequisite for the success of surgeries for pharmacoresistant epilepsy is meticulous presurgical diagnostic workup. This process also includes a battery of investigations that can be marked as functional diagnostics. PET, SPECT, SISCOM, fMRI, MEG are the main investigations included. The diagnostic studies and their results are interpreted with respect to their importance for the planned surgery. |
