Description This paper is focused on possible utilization of literature (and literary theory) in law and legal practice. It focuses on narrative as a possible part of legal methodology. In this paper the narrative is treated as one of possible advancement in legal interpretation and argumentation. It deals with presupposition that law is a narrative and legal methodology uses the narrative as one of the possible methods to describe legal rules and to argue. This paper concentrates on narrative as part of legal methodology. It describes what narrative is and how it works and how it should be used in legal practice and legal science.
