| Description | The aim of this contribution is to present „non-traditional“ legal instru-ments which are well-known in environmental law in foreign countries and which, however, are not a part of the Czech legal order. The contribution is focused on punitive damages, chained fines and supplementary fees. These legal tools are compared to existing ones in Czech environmental law. Their functions are described and the possibility of their application in the Czech legal order is discussed. |
