Description The aim of this paper is to analyze the mutual relationships between existing regulations of prorogation agreements. The regulations share a lot of common features, however, they differ in several aspects. The understanding of their relationship is very important for proper application of particular regulations. This paper deals with the hypothesis whether there is a space for the application of domestic regulation if we have several European and international regulations.
