| Description | The paper deals with the individual conditions of imposition of the Czech house arrest regulated particularly in § 60 par 1 of the Criminal Code. It also encompasses the analysis of the available statistical data from the first two years of imposition of this sentence by the courts according to the offences for which the house arrest was imposed. Furthermore, the paper examines the conditions of imposition of the English curfew requirement as a part of the community sentence and as a part of the suspended sentence. The comparison of the English curfew requirement and the Czech house arrest is possible due to similar conditions of their execution. |
