Description The author deals with the problematic topic of constitutional principles and rules pertaining to legislative process, and on the concrete example of legislative procedure of specific law (so called judges’ pay) tries to illustrate how the Czech legislator (dis) respects, violates and intentionally ignores these principles. This raises doubts not only about constitutional conformity of the legislative process, but ultimately reduces the quality of the legal system of the Czech Republic as a whole.
